Do you ever feel like life is moving too fast, there’s too much to do and you’re way too tired to do it all?

If so, then I invite you to join me for the return of my weekly Wednesday Evening Flow Yoga classes in Margaret River {for Women}.

The aim of these classes is to each week bring you back inside your body, back to yourself, for some self love and me-time.

How connected do you feel right now? How does it feel to be in your body right now? How are you breathing?...

Think of the class as a weekly check in, to remind yourself
to stop
to breathe
to listen
to move
to smile
to let go

Because we all have enough to do each day and sometimes it’s nice to be told to just s-l-o-w d-o-w-n.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Bookings are taken for each school term to encourage consistency, as it is with regular practice that you will start to see the benefits of yoga shine through. However, casual places may be available if capacity is not reached.

Each yoga class is 75 minutes long. Generally, we will start with a Vinyasa Flow sequence (yang) to build heat and strength, followed by a more restorative Yin sequence to stretch deeply, then finish with Savasana (relaxation).

Sometimes the class will be stronger, sometimes the class may be softer, the beauty is YOU get to decide. I’ll offer easy/hard variations, so no matter how you are feeling, the class will be appropriate for you, during any time of the month, any phase of the moon.

But how will you know?

You’ll listen to your body and choose the practice that will benefit you that day. Because we are all different, and some days we can leap over mountains…and other days we can barely get out of our pjs, and that's ok! Lets lean into, and embrace our cyclic nature as women.

Classes are by booking only, during school term. Wednesdays 6 - 7:15pm in Margaret River
